I designed and built the platform with Next.js, PostgreSQL, Railway, Resend, and Lemon Squeezy. The build includes the job board experience, email notifications, subscription/payment handling, and the core structure needed to run a niche job board.
The Host Report publishes weekly market insight for short-term rental hosts and industry teams. The founder needed a Webflow site that could support frequent publishing, email capture, and a CMS structure that would not become hard to manage after launch.
I turned the Figma design into a scalable Webflow CMS build, connected Beehiiv newsletter capture through Zapier, and tightened the experience for fast browsing across articles and landing pages. The result is a content operation the founder can keep updating without developer help for every post.
